1987 Expanded appraisal formats to now include fair market, in place fair market, replacement value and forced distress value
1993 Expanded area of operation from Madision area to include all of Southern Wisconsin
1998 C.A.G.A. certification achieved

  1. Truth in adverstising: all items that carry minimum selling prices are advertised as either "subject to owner's acceptance" or with "minimum opening bid" – all other items are sold to the highest bidder – no secret minimums –

  2. Fixed costs: all charges and commisions are stated on the contract – no hidden charges

  3. Honesty in listing: we want to know what are your expectations from the sale. If we feel you are not realistic, we will say so
